Hoffmann Foundation for Autism is an equal opportunities employer which employs over 100 staff. All Hoffmann Foundation for Autism staff are provided with basic induction training towards meeting the General Social Care Council minimum requirements for social care.
The full induction includes not only all the statutory training required by the Care Standards Act, but also specialist autism training focused on the specific needs of our users and ongoing training and support.
HFA offers a range of flexible and exciting career opportunities for support workers including full / part-time in the Residential homes, Outreach and The Hub (day centre). We are always looking for volunteers to help out in both the homes, day service and art studios.
