Our trustees are volunteers who together comprise the Board, or governing body, of the Foundation. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the charity's administration are compliant with charity law.
The Senior Management team are responsible for devising and implementing the organisation's strategy to ensure that HFA continues to be at the forefront of excellent service delivery within the field of autism.

Current Position
Founder and involved with HFA since 1985. Interest in autism began in Boston US working in a specialist nursery with families.

Music, gardening and conservation work, architectural history,
walking and grandchildren
Ann Elliott worked briefly in market research in London before moving abroad and working as a community social worker for 24 years in France, Brazil, Mexico and Peru.
On her return to London, she worked in local authority social work teams before becoming independent and specialising in child protection. Ann has been closely involved as a Volunteer and Trustee in Mind in Barnet for many years. Her interests centre around gardening and her family.

Biography
I am senior partner in Yussouf and Co and Matrix Chartered Accountants for last 15 years managing over 300 clients. Most clients are small to medium but one client ' MBI International Group' is multi Billion Dollar organisation owning and managing large portfolio of 4 star hotels all over Europe where I act as the Chief Financial Officer for the group.
I am also director and shareholder of Imperial Recruitment Agency Ltd which has annual turnover of about 12 Million. I also acted as the Treasurer for Hoffmann Foundation for the previous 2 years and have enjoyed it very much throughout the period.
Interests
I like watching football and like playing golf.
After graduating from Cambridge University with a BA in History, Gary Page spent 22 years in the City, first with Barclays Bank and for the last 15 years with the Dutch Bank ABN Amro. He held numerous management positions most recently as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Global Markets.
After leaving the City in 2008 he has become involved in a number of charitable organisations including Chair of a Charity for a school in East London for boys with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (2009-11) and since January 2011 he has been the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Hoffmann Foundation for Autism (HFA).
Ian Robinson is the Co-CEO and owner of Green Street Capital Limited, an Asset Management and Consulting firm. Ian became involved with HFA in the summer of 2010. He has a particular interest in Asperger's Syndrome following his daughter's diagnosis.
John Street has been working in the social care field since 1995; the majority of this time has been within various social service departments. Since 2005 he has worked at a senior level, which has involved overseeing the operational management of various social work teams and he played a key role in the strategy development of Adult Social Care within Brent Council, developing joint initiatives with Brent's Primary Care Trust and other London boroughs.
He has a personal and professional interest in Autism, with the drive and commitment to make a positive difference to HFA and the people the Charity serves.
Julian Todd is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Law and Economics from Cambridge University. He has recently retired and lives in Belgium. His last position was Managing Director of a European Aerospace Manufacturing Company.
Margaret Ollivier has been the Head of HR for Hoffmann Foundation for a number of years and performs a vital role of recruiting, managing and training staff at each of our residential, day centre and supported living services.

Neena Raizada is a Chartered Accountant. She has worked in Practice as Audit partner auditing a range of Companies and Charities. Her career has included working for British Aerospace as Financial Accountant.
She has been working for Hoffmann Foundation for the last year. Her responsibilities include managing the Finance Department as well as actively contributing and adding value to the strategic and organisational issues of the Charity.
After 25 years in Production Management, Ralph became a councillor in the London Borough of Brent in 1998 and represents Dollis Hill Ward.
He was Chair of Planning on Brent Council for three years and then became Lead Member for Adults Health and Social Care for four years, where he chaired the Learning Disabilities Partnership Board. He became Deputy Mayor in 2007 and was elected as the Mayor of Brent for the year 2008-2009.
Ronda Bradford has been working in Health and Social Care since 1970. Ronda has over 25 years experience working at a senior level in the voluntary sector which includes senior positions within the areas of learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injury, elderly services and disabled children services, specifically children and adults with Autism and or Aspergers Syndrome.
Ronda joined HFA in November 2009 as Director of Services. In May 2010, she was asked to take on the role of acting CEO and was appointed permanent CEO in October 2010.
