Registered care homes
The Foundation has five residential homes across North and North West London each with up to six adults with a range of disabilities including learning disabilities, autism, asperger's and mental health. The homes are situated close to local amenities and public transport. 24-hour support is provided by highly trained and experienced staff to enable the service users to lead as near normal life as possible. Residents are encouraged to make independent choices about their lives and actively participate in their local community. |  |
